As the President and CEO of General Air Conditioning and Plumbing, Patrick leads a team dedicated to providing exceptional service in HVAC, plumbing, drain cleaning, and electrical solutions throughout the Coachella Valley. His ability to inspire growth and foster success for his team and business is at the heart of his leadership philosophy.

A Career Built on Experience

Patrick’s career journey reflects his unwavering commitment to hard work, determination, and entrepreneurial spirit. Starting straight out of high school, he quickly progressed through leadership roles in various industries, building what he calls an “MBA from experience.”

  • Operations Manager at First Coast Pallet: Patrick began as a freight unloader and rose to oversee a team managing 24/7 freight operations. His work was recognized by Florida Governor Lawton Chiles for creating opportunities for paroled inmates.
  • Entrepreneurial Success: After relocating to Palm Desert in 1999, Patrick launched a pioneering dry cleaning business with pickup and delivery services, combining innovation with exceptional service.
  • Leadership at General Air Conditioning and Plumbing: Starting as a service technician, Patrick climbed the ranks to become service manager, general manager, and eventually co-owner of the company. Together with Francisco Rodriguez, Patrick continues to grow the business while honoring the mentorship and guidance of founder Frank Harrison.
